Please check your order form carefully, we cannot resell custom made items. Here are some important things to check for:
size of shirt
side the artwork is on
spelling of names
colors used in art
design # or description of artwork
style of garment
If a error is made and it is our fault, we will correct it and pay for shippping. If the error is on the order form, you may be required to pay shipping and /or additional fees. We know our success depends on earning your repeat business and we will do all that is reasonable to do so.
